as you are all well aware, we are in swimsuit season
I use to not give this season a second thought...I could pretty much put anything I liked on and prance my little self around in it
now, this season is a little bit more...ehem....diffucult for me.
This year especially.
I don't really know what is so drastically different this year than LAST year when I had only had a baby 6 months previous, but this year the battle to find a swimsuit that not only fits me, but looks fantastic or good or....heck, I will take decently non-hideous!!...has taken its toll.
HOWEVER!! There a few things I would NEVER do while trying to find "the one"
I would never buy 5 suits and bring them home only to return every single one the next day
I would never take 5 kids shopping with me to try on swimsuits and for an entire hour make my oldest 3 keep their eyes shut so they don't see me neck-ehd.....
I would never cry b.c I am so frustrated! seriously! where is the section that is meant for mothers of many but but still contain cute suits?!?!?!?
I would never have a tantrum in the dressing room b.c things just ain't goin' so well
lastly....
I would never take pictures of myself in the dressing room using my cell phone to try to get a glimpse of what I REALLY look like in the thing
whew. That's a lot of things I would NEVER do!!
But, I am happy to say I DID find one!
along with a floppy white hat that just made my day!!
disclaimer: the title description of this post does not in any way describe the look of my new suit. Neither do any of the words included in the title description bear any relativity to the look of my new suit. just to make that clear.

glad you found one. I LOATHE bathing suit shopping. Have you tried LL Bean, Lands End or Eddie Bauer? They are more expensive, but they last forever. I got one last year that I really like (I don't feel like I'm going to fall out of the top of it).
Now you have to post a picture :-) at least of the hat ;-)
